Springtime Transition

Hey guys! Here's a quick outfit post from a while back actually. I shot this for a GUESS Watches campaign and because they cropped out most of my photos, I thought I'd post the full-width ones here. I purposely chose the backdrop and location to kind of relate to my skirt and to show off Hong Kong's back alley vibe.

"Black items have been my staple in the colder months, and so even though it’s starting to get warm, I feel like it’s still a good idea to utilize some fall items into my spring looks. For example, the top and shoes I’m sporting have been my best pals in colder months, paired with skinny jeans and a nice thick coat. But paired with this patterned skirt for a pop of colour, and they are good for another few months. When I was putting together the look, I knew I had to let the skirt’s print shine so I muted all the other items to balance the entire look."
