KATE TOKYO Liquid Eyeliner Review

Hey guys! It's VLOG time! Finally I filmed yet another video, this time about my experience with KATE Tokyo's Liquid Eyeliner I bagged from Taiwan. Did I love it, or did I hate it? Well all I can say is, it's a really good eyeliner for beginners, especially if you're looking to master the cat eye.**When I say it's not pigmented enough I meant that it's not a very... thick kind of texture. It's too much like thinned out water colour, which would seep into your fine lines and kind of gives you a muddled line. Only if you look VERY closely though!So watch it and let me know your thoughts!
