Hello guys! Here's a small round-up of the launches and previews I've been to lately (avec Sassy Hong Kong), so you guys can be up to date with what's the it shoes or the it bag. Probably gonna be a looooOooOOng post! 3.1 Phillip Lim FW13 preview; greeted at the door by a striking pink bag, I knew I was in the right place for some fall inspo. Leather/biker jackets and wetsuit material pieces (MY FAVE!), along with a lot of intricate and loud embellishments. (yes those are hanging feathers) Look for horse hair on your bag and you probably won't go wrong.
Club Monaco FW13 preview; mixing soft pastel shades with psychedelic patterns and darker shades, I think CM has done a good job this season (and as always) at catering to all kinds of taste and still manage to stay stylish and on trend. Classic silhouettes and basics keeps your wardrobe rotation in check but the pop of colours keeps it interesting! P.S. they have the softest sweater ever!
Robert Clergerie FW13 preview; amazing, amazing sea of leather shoes. Boots, loafers, heels, flats, you name it. Them metallic blue loafers? Damn! I was tres impressed with how sturdy and well-made they were, but more so because they have super flexible soles!
7 For All Mankind FW13 preview; I wanna see your Peacock... pattern! I was totally blown away by this bomber jacket in the first picture. And who else can beat the gorgeous array of patterned jeans? Embossed, printed, sequined, glitter... Time to expand your wardrobe space for some bottoms! They also collaborated with the company that does the tweed for Chanel, namely Malhia Kent, for some ready-to-wear pieces. Check out that close-up on dat texture!
True Religion FW13 preview; Italian crafted denim, siiick camo jacket and (somewhat familiar) feather printed jeggings. And can I get those pastel pink jeans pronto?I'm a true believer now.
Pedder Red FW13 preview; How many pair of shoes can a girl have before she's truly satisfied? My heart is pointed at those flats... leopard, black or nude? Perhaps one for each feet and one to keep just in case ;) (Oh and maybe those studded boots too.)
Fossil's flagship store opening; Congratulations are in order! Fossil's first store in Causeway Bay has opened its doors to the public, and thanks to this launch I was able to discover the cute range of small leather goods and arm candies they have in store!
N12H launch collection preview; another budding local designer has launched their debut collection. Inspired by the cool arctics, the color palette is cool and shimmery and I'm loving the geometric lines and mixed textures!
