My New Spring Fragrance Discovery: Presented by Dolce

With yet another season of spring coming swiftly along and summer almost at the horizon, it's not just clothes I'm always looking to buy, but also accessories, a new everyday bag, and maybe even some makeup to brighten my whole look and wardrobe again. But most often than not, I seem to forget about one thing. My scent.I usually love a floral scent, especially for summer because that's the thing I associate with the season (even though in actual fact Hong Kong's summer can be pretty daunting and not at all flowery...) Of course, it's equally important to smell good and fresh, especially during summer because of how... sweaty we can get.My usual choice of scents involve mostly jasmine because I love how sweet it is without being too old. But recently I've started trying out other floral notes, and one that I especially like is White Amaryllis. One particular fragrance with this as its heart note is Dolce&Gabbana's new scent - Dolce Floral Drops. It also has notes of Neroli leaves which gives it the grassy fresh scent, and some Musky notes and Sandalwood as its base too. When it comes to choosing perfumes, I've actually been put off by some bottles even though I love the scent, so I end up not actually buying it. That's why I double appreciate it when perfumes have a pretty look, and Dolce's bottle actually has a gorgeous and blooming white flower as the cap, which makes it look so much better on my cabinet and more importantly, in flatlay instagram photos! (heh.)Yes I can go on and on about it, but why not let the gorgeous Kate King take you into the scent's story instead? So if you haven't seen it yet, I definitely think you should, the kids are just too adorable!P.S. Her dress in the campaign is to die for! Definitely putting a white lace dress onto my summer wishlist this year.
