Converse FW14 preview!

Hey guys! Converse has always been a favourite staple of mine, and I'm sure it's been your staple no matter whether you're in high school right now or in the working world. Check out what Converse has in stores for you, and as they say, shoes are boring... wear sneakers!

The Jack Purcell collection was never my go-to Converse, but after seeing the extra details in the latest collection - Cross Stitch, and the quality of the leather, I think I'm turning into a convert! Even though it's a very boy-ish cut and dark colours, they are versatile and a good basic staple to have for casual days out.

 The Chuck Taylor All Star this season gets a facelift and a throwback vibe. You might not notice much difference at first look, but the rubber base is actually a little different in shade, the canvas body is doubled up, and there's a thicker base for a subtle height boost! (Yay for secret and comfortable extra cms) Also new are the rad animal prints, with the zebra print style featuring glow in the dark fabric.

 These punk black collection of Converse are a collaboration with John Varvatos. Check out the cool transparent rubber bottom and special textured fabrics. I've definitely got my eye on the silver-shaded python pair. It's edgy, but still has a touch of style and shimmer!

There's actually another secret collection coming up in a few months, and I really can't wait to share it with you guys. All I can say is... waterproof is the word! Let me know which one is your favourite, let's chat!
